Shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility and are calculated based on the delivery address, package specifications, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Orders will be shipped to the address confirmed during checkout. Rebel Moon Publishing is not responsible for delivery failures, losses, or returns caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Refunds and complimentary replacements will not be issued in these circumstances. If an order is returned to us, the customer must pay any additional shipping charges required to resend it.

Once an order has been accepted by the carrier, delivery times are outside our direct control. Rebel Moon Publishing is not responsible for carrier delays or packages stolen after confirmed delivery.

If an order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us promptly with your order number, tracking information, photographs of any damage, and photographs of the original packaging. Keep all packaging and damaged contents until the matter is resolved. Depending on the carrier’s requirements, the customer may need to submit the claim directly, or Rebel Moon Publishing may assist with or initiate the claim. Resolutions will be determined after the carrier’s review and in accordance with applicable law.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, accidental purchases, or personal preference.

Orders cannot be canceled once production or fulfillment has begun. Exceptions may be considered if you receive the wrong item or an item with a verified manufacturing defect. Please contact us within seven calendar days of delivery and include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Minor variations in color, texture, or placement resulting from screen displays and the printing process are not considered defects. Items damaged or lost during shipping are addressed under our Shipping Policy.

Do not return an item without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Nothing in this policy limits any rights available under applicable law.
